We are looking for an Early Years Educator to join our team and contribute to our culture centred on reassuring relationship, clear communication, continuous curiosity and enabling environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a commitment to providing quality care, and an understanding of the importance of early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activities that stimulate the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children.
- Observe and assess children's performance and behaviour.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
- Provide guidance to children around the 7 areas of learning in the EYFS
- Develop positive relationships with parents and families.
- Keep accurate records of children's progress.
- Engage in personal development activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,530.00-£25,420.00 per year
