Job Description
To help take our online presence to the next level, we are looking for a social media and product mastermind with an eye for detail. Are you enthusiastic, creative, and thorough? If the answer is yes, then this role could be for you.
The role will currently be divided between social media activation and ecommerce product support. This will involve setting up items on our website by writing copy, editing images and ensuring all the relevant information is available to showcase the product as its best. As the business grows, there will be room for this role to grow with it.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms
- Strong editing skills, graphic design and video editing capabilities
- Analytical and thorough working standards
- Ability to work to a weekly and monthly content calendar and feed into the planning process
- Self-driven and time-conscious qualities
- Confident communicator
- Excellent written and typing skills
- Equine experience/product knowledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of TikTok Ad Platforms is advantageous but not essential
- Team player
Job Roles:
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content (including images, videos, and graphics) that effectively communicate our voice and promote our products and services
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to stay up-to-date and optimise our social media presence
- Deliver campaign reports to business and brand
- Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure brand consistency across social channels
- Set up of products on our retail channels including our website and eBay
- Administration of product data, including monitoring of competitiveness
- Liaising with key suppliers
This job would suit
This role is new to Redpost and would suit a self-starter who has a passion for social media and all things equestrian. The role requires an amount of product knowledge and would suit someone with equine experience who would like to work in a busy and expanding business with opportunities for growth. You will need to be able to work at pace, to a high standard and be able to meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
You will be working in an office environment in a rural location. Working as part of a team, you will complete daily duties, small and large tasks.
Hours of work
The role will be 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with some weekends).
Salary
£20,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience.
