Immediate vacancy for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at our beautiful care home with modern kitchen in Dundee Scotland.
REPORTING TO: HEAD CHEF/MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE: SUPPORT THE CHEF IN SPECIFIC WORK SECTlON

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of basic food
- Unloading deliveries and suppliers
- Organising the store room
- Washing kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls
- Help chefs get ready for serving food to the service users
- General prep needed for a meal

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
