Labour 24/7 are an employment agency acting on behalf of our Swinton based client who due to expansion are recruiting for experienced Packing operatives.
Our client is a leading manufacturing and packaging supplier to the retail industry and distribute stock internationally.
We are recruiting for operatives to work on the production line to make up cardboard packaging and insert goods into the packaging ready for distribution.
Depending on which part of the production line you will be placed you will carry out the following duties.
Stock the line with goods. Manual handling involved.
Packing goods into boxes.
This will be a position that you will be required to be stood up while working
This is a fast paced working environment and you will also be working to achievable targets.
At the end of each shift you will be required to clean down the working area.
This is an excellent working environment with a friendly team to assist you.
Full training will be provided.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 07.55am-16.25pm. Friday 7.55am-15.30pm
39.5 Hour working week
This position is temporary ongoing and may lead to permanent employment when you have completed satisfactory probationary period.
