We are looking for skilled waitstaff who are willing to elevate the dining experience for our guests in multiple venue opportunities.
The role belongs to an individual with the experience of being a restaurant front of house staff and must be honest, passionate, enthusiastic, and dynamic. Furthermore, the candidate should have an exuberant personality and demonstrate an outgoing characteristic and who wholeheartedly believes in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for each guest. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain good knowledge of the beverage and food menu and be able to upsell and assist guests with queries.
· Opening and closing the restaurant ready for service including mise-en-place
· Notify any lack of equipment and service material
· Respecting behaviour guidelines, uniform requirements, company policies and procedures
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her.
