Job overview and requirements:
* The successful candidate will show strong organisational skills and have previous experience in a fast-paced company.
* Willingness to work as a key part of the store team, completing daily tasks on every shift.
* A responsible approach and excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store.
*Supervisory experience of at least 1 year preferable.
*Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, stock replenishment, delegating tasks and the monitoring of store figures.
* Responsible for opening and closing the store when management are not in.
*Ability to outline tasks throughout the day.
* Strong problem-solving skills when issues arise.
*Be able to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
*Sales and cash handling experience. Responsible for floats and cashing up tills.
*Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards through replenishment. Keeping everything tidy and clean, on the shop floor and behind the scenes
*Be actively involved in merchandising displays and areas around the store.
*Flexible and adaptable within your approach with the ability to multitask.
*Assisting with deliveries and stockroom duties.
* You’ll play a key role in coaching and motivating team members. Being a confident communicator who understands how to engage and motivate others.
*Maintaining health, hygiene, and safety standards whilst on shift and monitoring the team to make sure they are following these procedures too.
*Flexible in availability, with the ability to work both weekdays and weekends, as well as early and late shifts.
