UK based £10m+ multinational ecommerce business seeking a copywritert to join busy marketing team..
Watches2U International are the largest independent online watch shop in the UK. In addition to Watches2U, we own Sunglasses2U, ChrisElli, and a number of own brand websites, all selling fashion accessories. We are an ever-expanding organisation with the ability to develop and nurture our team of dedicated staff members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Write engaging and emotive copy to drive engagement, increase retention and maximise income.
· In collaboration with the team, develop well-researched content marketing strategy
· Project manage your own tasks and time
· Define and communicate the tone of voice for Watches2U to support our positioning and ensure it is applied consistently across channels and media.
· Ensure our collateral and web site content are of a consistently high standard
· Create articles and comment for PR, blogs and social media posts that drive up interest, awareness and traffic.
· Build positive working relationships with the marketing team and across the organisation at all levels of seniority. Proofread and sub-edit materials as required ensuring a high level of accuracy and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
· Ability to write digital and SEO focused copy
KEY SKILLSET
· 1 years’ experience in copywriting ideally within an ecommerce environment
· Basic understanding of search engine optimisation (from a copywriting aspect)
· Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail
· Excellent project management and time management skills
· Able to manage a diverse workload, respect tight deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

This is a part time role 2 days a week to start.
The role will be office based.
