Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in our Travelodge Support office, 2 days working from home
Join our Group Sales team where you'll be working alongside both Administrative and Advisor colleagues in our Thame office (Hybrid Working).
Our team look after Leisure and Business customers, supporting them in making bookings of 10 rooms or more, this could be anything from a birthday party to a large corporate event, offering affordable travel to all.
We are a passionate team, and are looking for like minded individuals to compliment our team.
Our Administrative position is our entry level role, with a gradual progression route to an Advisor role.

A Bit More About The Role
- Update bookings in line with client amendment requests via the reservation system and our client database (CRM)
- Liaise with customers to ensure rooming lists are received and entered and bookings are updated ahead of all stay dates
- Maintain agreed accuracy and productivity targets by carrying out quality checks
What we’ll expect from you
For this role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable talking on the phone, communicating by email, amazing organisational and attention to detail skills with a passion to offer outstanding customer service to our clients.
To succeed in the role, you’ll bring your attention to detail and desire to work in a fast paced sales environment. You’ll be comfortable calling customers to follow up queries, and managing their bookings through to stay.
