Doodle Products Limited, fast growing online retailer which is looking for staff to join our team.

Job description

Become part of a fast growing online retailer with HUGE potential to grow within the role. Working within a busy office warehouse

- Customer care experience required

- Full time job in fast paced office

- If you perform well then there will be these wage rises

-Wage rise in sep of 25p

-Wage rise in Nov of 25p

-Wage rise in Jan of 25p

- Dealing with customer queries the majority of which by email

- Contacting courier companies by telephone

- Daily printing despatch/shipping labels

- Processing customer returns

- Job Type: Full-time 8am to 4pm , option for extra hours available

Previous experience and skills:

Must have e-commerce experience

Experience delivering excellent customer service, in an eCommerce environment

Must have Good IT skills. Excel word outlook

Stock control and warehouse experience desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Loyalty bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 25/07/2023
