Pay Scale | £85 – £90 per day

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support to pupils with SEN, working with Primary school age pupils.
- Work closely with teaching staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt and modify teaching techniques to suit the individual needs of students.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, identifying pupil’s who are struggling and prepare intervention techniques to assist those pupils.
Candidate requirements:
- An enterprising attitude.
- Resilient, and able to show initiative.
- Can work well both independently and in a team.
- A Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for working with SEN.
