We analyse the market as independent brokers and use our extensive expertise to tailor the most appropriate insurance programme for their personal and corporate needs.
About the role
Due to continued growth and expansion, Nowell & Richards are seeking to appoint a Private Clients Insurance Administrator. This role will support our team with the compliant administration of Nowell & Richards client’s insurance policies, in relation to mid-term adjustments, queries and premium financing arrangements. This role ultimately helps our business provide a quality and compliant service to all our clients, whatever their requirement.
Key duties will include
- Assisting the team with all aspects of policy administration
- Dealing with first line enquiries from customers, advising clients on completion of tasks such as mid-term adjustments, general queries, documentation updates and finance arrangements.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts to clients
- Issuing accurate documentation to clients via post and email
- Ensuring that all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company policies
- Providing an exceptional level of customer care and professionalism at all times
- Other ad-hoc administration tasks as and when required
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills (both telephone and email)
- Able to work in an organised and efficient manner
- Able to work under pressure and be punctual in order to meet deadlines
- Good computer and typing skills
- Ready and willing to learn and retain information
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word
- A genuine interest in progressing a career within the insurance industry

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
