Overview
Monday to Friday 9hrs a day and negotiable on the start time (45 hrs a week)
To provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories for RT Chiltern through an efficient and timely delivery service whilst at all times being a brand ambassador

Duties
- To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries
- Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
- Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
- Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
- Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis.
- Assist when necessary in the identification of customers’ parts using Current Parts Computerised system.
- Participate as appropriate with stock control of parts received and issued along with shelf/storage maintenance.
- Promote sales of parts at all times
- Maintain high levels of counter image.
- Assist in Parts promotions.
- Stock check and control customers stock where necessary and submit results to Accounts Department
- Participation with the Perpetual Stock Check within the Parts Department ensuring all parts are counted at least twice per year and depending on frequency of turnover prepare a report for the Parts Manager regarding any stock adjustments necessary.
- Maintain good housekeeping within the Parts Department.
- Assistance in the management of parts returns, warranty returns and exchange units
- Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.
- Ensure understanding of customer requirements by utilising the systems available, such as in-house, UK Help Desk, French Help Desk.
Requirements
- Relevant background/experience
- Customer Service skills
- Delivery Driver experience
- Organisational skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Ability to undertake manual handling
