As a Claims Fraud Investigator, you will support the Counter Fraud department in it’s objective of preventing and detecting claims fraud. This will be achieved through the effective investigation and management of claims fraud referrals and contributing to the continued development of the Counter Fraud Team.
What will I be doing?
As a Claims Fraud Investigator, you will be:

- Responsible for end to end investigation and management of claims fraud referrals to achieve a cost-efficient conclusion and minimal financial loss to the company
Directly managing a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims, in accordance with the claims philosophy, claims handling procedures and service levels
Assessing the evolving ‘evidential picture of a claim to drive a proactive investigation and
determine the correct outcome
What do I need?
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of insurance with a strong understanding of the principles of insurance
- 2 years motor insurance experience
- credit hire and personal injury experience is desirable
- An in-depth technical knowledge and the creativity to generate ideas
