The Coffee House part of Three's Company Catering Ltd started its journey in 2011 and today its Warehouse, Production kitchen and Bakery supplies 15 stores and counting. The central facilities have just moved to a purpose built, brand new premises in Warrington. The Production Kitchen team are looking for efficient production workers to come and make homemade products which are served in our stores across the North of England.
Job purpose:
- Working alongside the Kitchen Production Manager you will produce high quality and large volumes of products for our stores across the North of England. Using ingredients which are sourced from local and independent suppliers who support the local economy but also ensure we receive fresh, high quality produce.
- You must be able to work well under pressure, produce work to the highest of standards and have an eye for detail and quality.
Responsibilities
- To produce good quality products which are delivered to all our stores overnight.
- This role is split into producing fresh produce, organising and making products in mass production, preparing and packing products ready for stores on a daily basis
- Produce current fresh product range to an excellent standard
- Carry out production tasks set out for you by your Kitchen Manager
- Ensure safe food preparation and service, the correct storage & labelling of food and produce products to the recipe specifications provided.
- To be a good communicator within the business.
- Clean thoroughly always and ensure routine cleaning is completed
- Compliance to food hygiene and safety standards is paramount. We pride ourselves on quality and control.
- To use all equipment and machinery safely and maintain it in good condition.
- To use all the systems and processes set out by the company.
- To record all relevant checks and information on our iauditor system
- To open and close the kitchen by following all guidelines set out.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a food production environment would be advantageous but not necessary as full training is given.
Working hours
- This is a 20 - 40 hour contract. Full flexibility is required. Hours of work are shifts between 7am and 6pm.
- Full uniform will be issued and laundered
