We are a Roofing Company, Scaffolding Company and Builder's Merchants rolled into one, with a Charitable Trust arm as well, and have been operating in Merton for over 50 years. We are a small, family run company but have an extremely busy office and need an office trainee who is willing to work hard and learn fast.
This is an entry-level position, and previous experience is not required, however the successful candidate must have:
- A positive, friendly demeanour
- A good work ethic: work-shy people need not apply
- Good computing skills including with emails, Microsoft Word and Excel
We will offer in house training in multiple areas of administration, and over time the day to day duties will come to include:
- Answering phones, booking appointments, typing up and sending documents and general administration for all divisions of the company
- Data-entry into accounts software, generating reports, and other accounts related tasks
- Assistance with charity work, including the general administration, event planning, accounts etc.
