Join our exclusive dry cleaning team in Beaconsfield! We're seeking a dynamic individual with excellent management and customer service skills to fill the role of a part-time Shop Assistant. In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dry cleaning facility on Mondays and Fridays. Occasional holiday cover may be needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and organization.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
